Located in Souvigné in the Deux-Sèvres, near Saint-Maixent-l’École and Niort, Boisguérin is a place to spend time together, surrounded by peace and countryside.
The large holiday house accommodates up to 14 guests and is particularly well suited to families, groups of friends and multi-generational stays.
Surrounding the house, 15 hectares of parkland, woodland and meadows provide plenty of space for everyone, with no immediate neighbours.

The holiday house brings together three interconnected living areas, allowing everyone to spend time together while still enjoying a degree of independence.
There are 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 3 fully equipped kitchens in total.
The sleeping arrangements can be configured to provide up to 14 individual beds, making Boisguérin particularly well suited to groups of friends, retreats and small group stays.

Having three kitchens and four shower rooms makes a real difference when staying as a group.
Everyone can follow their own rhythm, prepare breakfast without waiting for the others, or enjoy a little time to themselves, while still coming together for the important moments of the day.
15 Hectares to Slow Down and Unwind
Parkland, meadows, woodland and paths surround the house. With no immediate neighbours, there is space to eat outdoors, let the children enjoy the grounds, go for a walk or simply find a quiet spot beneath the trees.

Private Heated Swimming Pool
Opening Spring 2027
Boisguérin has a private heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 12 × 4 metres, secured and exclusively for guests staying at the holiday house. The surrounding area and terrace are currently being completed. The pool will be open to guests from spring 2027.
Located in the small garden adjoining the holiday house, the pool is for the exclusive use of Boisguérin guests throughout their stay.

Stay at the Heart of an Organic Farm
Boisguérin is also an organic market garden, run as a cooperative by SCIC de Chambrille.
The vegetables are grown here at Boisguérin and sold directly from the farm and at local markets.

A LITTLE HISTORY OF THE HOLIDAY HOUSE
Set in a 19th-century former farm building, the holiday house took three years to renovate. A stonemason, carpenter, cabinetmaker and a few passionate amateurs worked together to preserve the character of the building, using natural, local and reclaimed materials wherever possible.
Many of the materials here have a story: terracotta tiles from Aizenay, Burgundy stone, stones from the former stables reused for the terrace, a staircase made on site from locally sourced timber, hand-cut stone, stone shower walls…
Even the headboards were made from different types of wood. See if you can identify them.
A painstaking, largely bespoke renovation, designed to preserve the spirit of the old farm while giving it a new life.
