THE BOISGUÉRIN ESTATE
15 hectares of parkland, woodland and meadows surrounding the house
Boisguérin is part of a former agricultural estate comprising four farms, with buildings dating from between 1845 and 1950. The Boisguérin family house was built in 1842–1843.
Today, the large holiday house and organic farm sit at the heart of a 15-hectare wooded estate, surrounded by unspoilt countryside with no immediate neighbours.
BOISGUÉRIN, A COOPERATIVE PROJECT
Boisguérin is run by SCIC de Chambrille, a French cooperative company working in the collective interest.
This structure brings together the people involved in the project: producers, employees, customers, suppliers and partners.
It is a way of bringing together farming, hospitality and people in one place, while ensuring the project develops sustainably over the long term.
